Obituary

Lynn: Betty Ann (Spiliotis) (Miller) Kozikowski age 89, died at the Life Care Center of the North Shore in Lynn on Sunday, February 7, 2010, following a long illness. She was the wife of the late Leo Kozikowski and also was the wife of the late George I. Miller.

Born and raised in Peabody, she was the daughter of the late Nicholas and Ann (Dafnas) Spiliotis. For many years she was employed by the Champion Light Co., formerly of Lynn. She also was a home health care provider for many people over the years. Betty was enormously proud of her Greek heritage. In addition to being a wonderful cook, she was always very devoted to and protective of her family. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by 2 daughters, Valerie McDaniel of Lynn, Veann C. Campbell and her husband David of Peabody, a sister Stacia Spires of Rochester, NH, 4 grandchildren, Julia Donahue of Lynn, Linda MacDonald of Essex, Peter Campbell of Peabody and Anna Cauble of Salem. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by 5 brothers, Peter, Philip, Theodore, Jim and Charles Spiliotis.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Levesque Funeral Home, 163 Lafayette St. [Rt. 114 / 1-A] Salem on Saturday, February 13, 2010 at 9:45 a.m. to be followed by her funeral service in St. Vasilios Church. Paleolgos St., Peabody at 11 a.m. Visiting hours: Friday 4 to 8 p.m. Burial will be in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody.
