Fall River - Diana B. (Bouchard) Menard, 95, of Westport died at St.Anne's Hospital, Fall River on September 26, 2003. She was the widow of DelphisMenard.
She was born in Fall River daughter of the late Zepherin and Emma (Leroux) Bouchardand resided in Westport for the past 33 years. She was a communicant of St. GeorgeChurch, Westport and a former member of Our Lady of Grace Church, Westport. Shewas employed as a presser by the former Chesterfield Dress Co., Fall River until herretirement.
Mrs. Menard loved sewing and gardening.
Survivors include 2 sons: Robert R. Menard and Omer D. Menard both ofWestport; 4 grandchildren: Robert P. Menard, Louise Menard, Christopher Menardand Jessica Robischeau; 3 great-grandchildren: Kayle Menard, Nicholas Robischeauand Hayden Robischeau; and several nieces & nephews.
She was grandmother of thelate Normand Menard and sister of the late Albert Bouchard, Hervey Bouchard, LillianRodrigues, Irene Samson, Blanche Samson and Laura Charron.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend calling hours and funeral services.
Calling hours: Tuesday, September 30, 2003, 5-8 P.M.
Funeral: From the Potter Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 1, 2003 at 9:00 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 A.M. at St. GeorgeChurch, Westport.
Interment in Notre Dame Cemetery, Fall River.
