Delores Elsie Anderson, 84, of Summerville, widow of Robert Earl Anderson died Wednesday, February 3, 2010 at Life Care Center of Charleston.
Funeral service will be held Saturday, February 6, 2010 at 4 o’clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home Chapel, Summerville.
Burial will be held at Mount Hope Cemetery, San Diego, California.
Friends may visit at the funeral home from 3 o’clock until the hour of service on Saturday.
Mrs. Anderson was born December 14, 1925 in Red River, Wisconsin, daughter of the late Arthur Haigh and Carrie Alberts Haigh Thompson. She was a graduate of San Diego, California schools. She enjoyed gardening sewing and cooking. She retired as a medical office manager. She attended Old Fort Baptist Church and Palmetto Land Baptist Church. She was a member of Grace & Truth Chapel, San Diego, California
Surviving are: 1 daughter: Susan Cornell of Summerville, 1 son: James Anderson of Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, 12 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 1 sister: Terry Ray of Fullerton, California.
She was predeceased by: brother: Arthur Albert Haigh, 1 sister: Eunice Clara Cunningham and step father: Frank Thompson.
