FOTHERGILL, WILMA RUTH (COLLINS), 83, passed away Sunday, January 17, 2010 at Summerfield Manor Nursing Home.
She was retired from the old Whip Mix Factory.
Wilma was preceded in death by her husband, Lafe Thomas Fothergill; and brother, William Culver.
Survivors include her friends and caretakers, Dianna and David Goff, David and Nicole Goff and Brittany Goff; and sister-in-law, Jean Hammond Culver.
Graveside service: 10a.m. Tuesday at Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., is in charge of the arrangements.
