Mary Christine Wiggins, 61, of Ocilla, Georgia, died Monday, January 11, 2010 at Dorminy Medical Center.
Graveside services will be held 11 A.M., Thursday, January 14, 2010 at Evergreen Cemetery with Rev. Steve Willingham officiating. Visitation will be held from 7-9 Wednesday evening at the funeral home in Ocilla.
Mrs. Wiggins was born July 1, 1948 in Fitzgerald to Carlene Smith Powers and the late Grover M. Walker. She was a former resident of Fitzgerald, Ashburn, and Orlando, FL. Mrs. Wiggins was a CNA and former employee of Fitzgerald Underwear. She was a Foster Parent, a member of the Church of God faith and attended Wray Holiness Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband: Dee Wayne Massey of Ocilla; mother: Carlene Powers of Orlando, FL; son and daughter-in-law: Kevin & Amanda Wiggins of Sevierville, TN; granddaughters: Lilly and Kendall of Sevierville, TN; brothers: Clifton Walker of Orlando, FL and Anthony Rogers of Wellborne, FL as well as 5 foster children. Along with her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, Donnie Walker
