Haverhill: Mr. Jean Claude G. Ouellet, 57, died Tuesday at the Lawrence General Hospital. Born in St. Rose de Gelis, P.Q., Canada, Mr. Ouellet had bee an area resident for the past 46 years. He had worked for various area contractors and for the past 20 years had been employed at the Maple Motel in Newington, Ct.. He was the son of the late Alphonse Ouellet and is survived by:

There are several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Friends are invited to join the family for a Memorial Mass to be celebrated on Saturday at 11:00 am, at St. Theresa Church Methuen. At the request of the family there are no visiting hours.
