Dorothy E. Feloney
...retired from IRS Andover; 86
Dorothy E. "Dolly" (McKinnon) Feloney, age 86, a resident of Chelmsford, died unexpectedly Monday afternoon, December 28, at the Lowell General Hospital. She was the wife of William F. Feloney, with whom she had celebrated a 36th wedding anniversary, this past July 15th.
She was born in Charlestown, one of eight children of the late Lawrence M. and Grace (Abbott) McKinnon. She was raised in Charlestown, and lived the greater part of her life in Tewksbury and Malden before moving to Chelmsford over 20 years ago.
She retired from the Internal Revenue Service as a tax instructor and collection agent.
She was described by her family as a loving and devoted, wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. Always busy and upbeat,she enjoyed travel, books and gardening. She will be deeply missed.
Besides her husband she is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Maureen and James Boenis of Lowell, a son and two daughters-in-law, Donald and Liz Bianchini of Wilmington, NC, and Christine (Nolan) Kinnon of Tewksbury, who was the wife of the late Albert R. Kinnon III; twelve grandchildren; many, many great grandchildren; her siblings and their spouses, Betty and Ivan Gardener of CO, Allene and Joseph Irvin of Malden, Joan and Leo Kinnon of Malden, Lorraine Howarth of NH, Jeannette Sheehan of Melrose, Lawrence and Linda McKinnon of GA.
She was also wife of the late Albert R. Kinnon Jr., and sister of the late Barbara Lawson.

Visiting hours were Friday, January 1st. Her funeral was Saturday, Jan. 2, at William's Church, 1351 Main St., Rte 38) Tewksbury. Burial followed at St. Mary's Cemetery, No. Tewksbury. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Lowell General Cancer Center, c/o Development Office, 295 Varnum Ave., Lowell, MA 01854 will be appreciated.
