Obituary


Manchester– Maurice G. Nalette, 80, died December 21, 2009 at Catholic Medical Center following a brief illness.
He was born in Manchester on November 21, 1929 the son of Joseph and Vivian (Hartson) Nalette. He had been a lifelong resident of Manchester and Laconia.
He served his country in the U.S. Navy.
Prior to his retirement he had been a route salesman for Sealtest and retired from the Manchester Transit Authority.
He was a long time parishioner of St. Patrick Church and most recently the Parish of The Transfiguration. He was also a Eucharistic Minister at Catholic Medical Center.
He held membership in the Catholic War Veterans Post 1624, Teamsters Local 633, American Legion Jutras Post.
He enjoyed coaching Manchester West Little League baseball, and playing billiards in his spare time.
Family members include his wife, of 56 years, Pauline (Fradette) Nalette of Manchester, 5 sons, Donald Nalette, Daniel Nalette, Joseph Nalette all of Manchester, John Nalette of Weare, William Nalette of Goffstown, 2 daughters, Suzanne Dumont of Naples FL., Victoria Nalette of Atlanta GA., 1 brother, Roland Nalette of San Francisco CA., 2 sisters, Rejeanne Hodgkinson of Phoenix AZ., Lorraine Rockholt of Manchester.
In His Life: He leaves 8 grandchildren, Nicholas Nalette, Kelsey Nalette, Jenna Nalette, Timothy Nalette, Scott Nalette, Lynn Damore, Maria Nalette, Michael Nalette, and 3 great grandchildren.
Services: Calling hours will be on Monday from 6 to 8 pm at J. N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home, 110 Bridge St. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10 am in the Parish of the Transfiguration, corner of Kelley and Alsace Sts.
