Billerica - Dorothy E. (Baker) Tebo, age 81, a Licensed Practical Nurse, died Sunday night, December 20, at the Colonial Poplin Nursing Home in Fremont, NH, following a courageuos two year battle with Cancer. She was the wife of the late Norman J. Tebo.
She was born in Urbana, Illinois, a daughter of the late Earle and Annabelle (Herring) Baker, but had lived in the Billerica area the greater part of her life.
She graduated from the Tewksbury Hospital School of Nursing in 1961, and retired from the Nursing Staff of Tewksbury Hospital.
She was a communicant of St. William's Church in Tewksbury, and later St. Anna Church in Leominster.
She is survived by three daughters, Cynthia Louise Ryder of Tewksbury, Cathleen Ann Tebo of Dracut, Christine Judy Scalise of Indiana; her dear friend and "adopted daughter," Deborah Cartier of Sandown, NH; several grandchildren; and a great grandson.
She was also mother of the late Earle Ross Robinson.
Her Funeral Mass was held Saturday, Dec. 26, in St. William's Church, Tewksbury. Burial followed at Tewksbury Cemetery. Memorials to the Lupis Foundation, Memorial Donations, P.O. Box 631047, Baltimore, MD 21263-1047, will be appreciated.
