AMHERST, ME: Faye E. (Borge) Poole, 45, formerly of Gloucester, died unexpectedly Friday morning, December 18, 2009 at her residence in Amherst, Maine.
Born in Gloucester on March 14, 1964, she was the daughter of John Borge of Gloucester and the late Paula (MacDonald) Mountain.
She attended Gloucester High School, Quinsigamond Community College and Worcester State College.
She had worked along the Gloucester waterfront for numerous plants, including the former Empire Fish Company. She also had an interest in computer programming and enjoyed cooking.
In addition to her father, she is survived by three children, Christina Poole of Weymouth, Nicole Poole and Ryan Francis of Gloucester, three grandchildren, Aiden Jennette and Liam Poole of Weymouth and Haylie Francis of Gloucester, as well as her former spouse Glenn Poole and her stepfather, Ronald Mountain of Gloucester. She was also predeceased by her grandparents, Margaret and John B. Borge, Jr.
Her funeral service will be held in the Pike-Grondin Funeral Home, 61 Middle Street, Gloucester on Wednesday at 2 p.m. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 12 - 2 p.m. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend.
