James P. “Flicker” Flanagan, 48, a lifelong resident of Lowell, died unexpectedly Thursday December 17, at his home in Lowell.
Born in Lowell on November 1, 1961, he was the son of the late James H. and Mary D. (Duffy) Flanagan and received his education in the Lowell schools. At the time of his death, Mr. Flanagan was employed as a sheet metal mechanic. Mr. Flanagan was a communicant of the former St. Peter’s Church. In his spare time, he enjoyed watching the local sports teams on television.
He is survived by his dear friends, Deborah Dupont of Lowell with whom he made his home, George Pilato, Mike Clohesy, William, Robert and Sandy Dupont and Lisa Lach all of Lowell.
FLANAGAN- Friends may call on Thursday, December 24, at the MAHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 187 NESMITH ST (Rte.38) from 10 am until his Funeral Prayers to be offered at the Funeral Home at 11 am followed by Burial in the Westlawn Cemetery. Arrangements are by the MAHONEY FUNERAL HOME, LOWELL.
