Cynthia `Cindy` Kay Williams, 54, Clarksville, died Tuesday, December 15, 2009, at her residence. A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, December 22, 2009 at Neal-Tarpley Chapel. Burial will be at a later date. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until the time of the service Tuesday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born September 12, 1955 at Ft. Campbell, Kentucky, daughter of Billy G. Toon and Brunetta Spencer Toon. She was preceded in death by her father. She was employed at Bosch in Quality Control and was a supporter of "Bikers Who Care". Survivors include her mother; husband, Barry Williams; son, Michael John McLeskey (Sara); three daughters, Jamie Stevens, Heather Williams, and Lindsay Williams; three brothers, Billy, Johnny, and Spencer Toon; sister, Sharon Geary; and seven grandchildren, Tori, T.J., Micheal, Aaron, Robby, Cameron, and Landon.
