Thelma J. (Abshire) Abraham, 71 years old, widow of the late Dale Abraham who died in 2001,died Friday evening at Lowell General Hospital.
Born in Prentice, West Virginia on March 8, 1938, she was a daughter of the late Lewis and Iva (Johnson) Abshire and received her education in the West Virginia schools.
For over twenty years, Mrs. Abraham worked as a Nurses Aide at Lowell General Hospital. Following her retirement she enjoyed and looked forward to spending time with her loving family.
She is survived by three daughters and two sons in law, Tammy Rosenberger of Sacramento, CA, Annetta Abraham of Hudson, NH and Cheryl Schimank and her husband John of Windham, NH and Patrick Kane of Waltham; twelve grandchildren; three great grandchildren; a brother, James Abshire of West Virginia; a sister, Betty Hall of Hudson, NH; several nieces and nephews and her loving pet, Ginger.
Mrs. Abraham was the Mother of the late Teresa L. Kane who died in 1995 and Mother in law of the late Frank McNulty who died in 2007.
ABRAHAM- Relatives and friends nay call on Tuesday, Dec. 15 from 4 until 8 pm at the MAHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 187 NESMITH ST, (Rte.38). Her Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 16 at 10 AM at the NORTH CHELMSFORD CONGREGATIONAL CHURCH, 15 PRINCETON ST. Burial in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
