Anna Mae Fox Smith, 75, of Powell, Tennessee, went to be with Jesus November 27, 2009.
Funeral services were held at 3 P.M, November 29, 2009 at the chapel of Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton, Tennessee with Rev. Timothy Hopper and Rev. Calvin Braden officiating. Interment was held on November 30th at Farmers Grove Cemetery.
Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her parents, John and Bessie Morrison: husband, Clarence E. Fox; brothers, Leo and John Morrison; grandson, Chad Sidwell and a daughter-in-law, Vivian Fox. She attended Emanuel Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Carl Smith; daughters, Louise (Danny) Parker, Deborah Moody, Merla (Gary) Solomon of Fitzgerald, Anna Snow and Kathy (Trey) Whitson; son, Raymond Fox; grandchildren, Anna, Romona, Matthew, Kenny, Susan, Bebo, Dewayne, Josh, Ashley, Chrissy, Chase, Maegan, Drew and Sydney; great grandchildren, Danielle, Patrick, Samuel, Ryan, Brandon, Whitney, Holly Brooke, Macie, Brian, Little Josh, Amanda, Tyler, Matthew and Jessica.
The family suggests in lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Heart Association or to the Diabetes Foundation.
