Harold B. Nash, age 91, passed away at the Alliance Health Care in Braintree on November 29, 2009. Harold is survived by his wife, Clare (Stanton) Nash, his children Harry Nash of Braintree, David Nash of Weymouth, Judy Flukes and her husband Brian of Weymouth, his Brothers, Richard Nash of Tarpon, FL and Philip Nash of Sterling, MA and was grampa of Ted, Ali, Emily, Jonno and Rory Flukes all of Weymouth. Harold is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Mr. Nash was a life long resident of Weymouth. He graduated from Mount Herman School in Northfield in 1937, Brown University in 1941 and Boston University Law School in 1947. Harold became an Attorney and practiced in Dedham for 62 years retiring this year. Attorney Nash was a member and past president from 1981 to 1982 of the Norfolk County Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association from 1950 to present, a Trustee of the South Weymouth Savings 1952 to 1975, a member of the Board of Directors of the Bay Bank Norfolk County Trust, 1962 to 1989, a member of the Board of Directors of the Quincy Mutual fire Insurance Company, 1977 to 1991 and served on the Weymouth School Committee from 1951 to 1969. He served his country during World War II in the Counter Intelligence Corps for the Army. A Funeral Service was held at the C. C. Shepherd Funeral Home, 134 Pleasant St. (Columbian Sq.) S. Weymouth.
