Sally Slade Warner, 77, of Andover died Friday, December 4th, 2009 at the Merrimack Valley Hospice House in Haverhill.
Sally was born in Worcester, MA and raised and educated in Fitchburg, MA. She was employed as a musician, organist, a former associate faculty member, music librarian and carillonneur at Phillips Academy. Until the time of her death, she also served as carillonneur at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church in Cohasset, MA. Sally is predeceased by her parents, Harold and Anna Slade. She is survived by many dear friends.
Friends are invited to attend a Mass in her honor at 10 a.m. on Thursday December 10, 2009 at Trinity Episcopal Church, 26 White Street, Haverhill. Immediately following services, everyone is invited to gather at Trinity Hall within the church for the collation. Burial will take place privately at Forest Hill Cemetery, Fitchburg, MA. Arrangements are under the direction of the Charles F. Dewhirst Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Methuen.
