William(Bill) E. Wallace, 68, Clarksville, died Saturday, Dec. 5, 2009, at Vanderbilt Medical Center. The funeral will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday at Neal-Tarpley Chapel with Rev. Steve Louder officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM Monday and from 11:00 Am until 2:00 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was born April 25, 1941 in Stewart County, the son of Edward Wallace and Belva Downs Wallace. He was a retired from Cigna Government Services as a systems senior analyst. He is survived by his wife Elaine Pace Wallace, one daughter Gina Wallace(Jeff) White and one granddaughter Mary Claire White all of Clarksville. Pallbearers will be Larry Bates, Mike Wallace, Mac Taylor, Mike Taylor, Tommy Channell and Ray Edmundson.
