New Bedford - Miriam K. (Mellin) Zeller, 82, of Dartmouth died unexpectedly Monday, September 8, 2003 at St. Luke's Hospital. She was the widow of Wilton R. Zeller.
She was born in New York Mills, Minnesota daughter of the late Robert and Gertrude (Rimpela) Mellin. She resided in Dartmouth for the past 5 years. She attended Allens Neck Friends Meeting House in Dartmouth. She had formerly been a Stephen Minister for St. Olaf's Lutheran Church in Austin, Minnesota bringing spiritual comfort to those in need.
Mrs. Zeller enjoyed playing the piano, singing and reading. She had also played in a bell choir group.
Survivors include a son: Victor W. Zeller and his wife Margery of Westport; a daughter: Carmine L. Henricks and her husband Thomas of Marietta, GA; and 4 grandchildren: Christopher V. Zeller of Fall River, Sandra L. Zeller of Lafayette, CO, T. Charles Henricks and Anna Gunn both of Charlotte, NC.
A Memorial Service to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Saturday at 10:30 A.M. at Allens Neck Friends Meeting House, Dartmouth.
Interment service will be private.
