Ethel M. Wilson, 65 years, of New Haven, CT, died November 24, 2009 at Tufts New England Medical Center, Boston. Born in Vidalia, GA, and raised in White Plains, NY, she was the daughter of Nathaniel Hester Sr. and the late Ethel Pearl Wilson Hester. Ethel had been a resident of New Haven, CT for 24 years and had been employed by Yale University for 17 years. She was an Evangelist for 34 years and had been passionate about serving the Lord.
She is survived by her children Richard Stevenson of New Haven, CT, Robert Wilson of Brockton, MA, E. Tracy Keys of New Haven, CT and Gerald Wilson of Hartford, CT; 17 grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She is also survived by a brother Nathaniel Hester Jr. and a sister Diane Hester Gayton and a brother of the late Ronald Hester and many nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service will be held December 1, 2009 at 11am at Life Giving Church, 728 Brockton Avenue, Abington, MA. Burial will be held at a later date at Kensico Cemetery in Valhalla, NY.
