Santo F. Fama passed away on November 26, 2009. He was 75 years old.
Born in Boston, Santo was a longtime resident of Everett and Charleston. He was an employee for the City of Everett for 30 years and had been married to the late Rosalie (Novello) Fama for 33 years.
Santo was the beloved father of Anthony Fama and his wife Lisa of Lynn, Russell Fama and his wife Kim of Haverhill and Margaret Fama-Coleman and her husband Darren of Malden. He was the dear brother of Ann Marie DiBlasi of Malden, Elizabeth Fama of Malden and Joan Wixon and her husband Joseph of Medford. Santo was the cherished grandfather of Darren Jr. and Danielle Coleman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The Funeral will be held from the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main Street, Malden on Monday, November 30th at 10:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Sacred Hearts Church, 297 Main Street, Malden at 11:00 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours are Sunday, November 29th from 2-6 p.m. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
