John Wayne Arterburn, 63, passed away Saturday, November 21, 2009.
Born in Louisville, he was the son of the late Roy and Mildred Arterburn. He was a 1965 graduate of Shawnee High School and 1977 graduate University of Louisville Business School. He had retired from Johnson Controls and was a Kentucky Colonel.
He is survived by his daughters, Sara Katherine Wheeldon and Rebecca Ann Arterburn; and former wife, Paula Elaine (Goodman).
Funeral service will be noon Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
Visitation will be 3-8 pm Tuesday.
