Jo-Anne J. Arnum, 51, of Los Angeles, CA died September 4, 2003 from injuries sustained after being struck by an automobile.
She was the daughter of Elmer "Pete" Moore of New Haven, CT and Pauline (Wilcox) Arnum-Norwood of Springfield, MA.
Jo-Anne was born in Acushnet, MA and lived in New Bedford most of her life before moving to Los Angeles 25 years ago.
Survivors include her parents; 2 daughters, Elsie Colon and Stephanie Arnum, both of Pawtucket, RI; 3 brothers, Paul Arnum of New Bedford and Milton Arnum and Melvin Arnum, both of Georgia; 5 sisters, Paulette Majette of New Bedford, La-Verne Burch of New Hamden, CT, her twin, Joan Arnum of Boston, Cheryl Norwood and Nadine Norwood, both of Springfield, MA; 6 grandchildren, Robert, Jonathan, Raymond, Rafael, Cyrel and Joycelynn.
She was the sister of the late Geraldine Arnum and Donald Arnum.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service in the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New BedfordFriday, September 12th at 11 AM. Her family will receive guests from 10 AM to 11 AM prior to the service.
Burial will be private.
