Patricia Drexler Stone Widener, 57, of Fitzgerald died Thursday, November 12, 2009, at the Dodge County Hospital in Eastman.
Funeral services will be held at 4 P.M., Sunday, November 15 at the Paulk Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ronny Griner officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be held 7-9 Saturday evening at the funeral home.
Mrs. Widener was born November 7, 1952 in Ben Hill County to James Drexler, Jr. and Ethel Stapleton Drexler. She lived in Fitzgerald since 1990 from Atlanta and was a former resident of Marietta. Mrs. Widener was a former employee of Plaza Cleaners. She attended St. Joseph’s Catholic School in Marietta.
Mrs. Widener is survived by her husband, Raymond Widener of Eastman; parents, James and Ethel Drexler of Fitzgerald; son and daughter-in-law, Wayne & Angel Stone of Covington; grandsons, Justin and Jacob Stone of Covington and paternal grandmother, Charlotte Drexler of Fitzgerald. She was preceded in death by a brother, James Lee Drexler.
