Kenneth J. Wood 45 of Medway died unexpectedly November 11; he was the husband of Julie A. (Martello) Wood.
Born in Needham, December 8, 1963 the son of Catherine (Woodworth) Wood of Medway and the late Charles Wood, Mr. Wood was a lifelong Medway resident.
Mr. Wood was a 1981 graduate of Medway High School and a 1986 graduate of Bridgewater State College.
Mr. Wood had been a claims investigator for the Trident Insurance Company for many years.
Mr. Wood enjoyed reading, taking care of his dogs, the New England Patriots and being with his family.
In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by his sons, Joshua, Christopher and Craig Wood all of Medway.
He is also survived by his brothers, Charles “Chuck” Wood of Franklin, David Wood of North Brookfield and his sister Mary Anderson of Newtown CT.
He was the brother of the late Robert Wood.
His funeral will be held on Monday, November 16 from the Ginley-Crowley Funeral Home, 3 Barber St. Medway at 9:15 followed by a funeral Mass in St. Joseph Church at 10:00 a.m.
Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in Medway.
Calling hours will be on Sunday from 3-6 p.m.
