Elaine M. (Walsh) Notarangeli passed away on November 9, 2009. She was 72 years old.
Born in Malden, Elaine was a lifelong resident of the city. She was employed as a dental assistant for many years and then worked in the Credit Department at Gans Tire Co in Malden for many years. Elaine was married to Peter Notarangeli, her devoted husband of 47 years. They lived in Laconia, New Hampshire for the past nine years where Elaine enjoyed cooking.
Elaine was the beloved mother of Michael Notarangeli and his wife Lori of Milford, NJ, Mark Notarangeli of Lynn and Peter Notarangeli and his wife Mary of Everett. She was the sister of the late Kevin and Marilyn Walsh. Elaine was the cherished grandmother of Victoria and Cole, Rhiannon, Lindsay and Kelsey and Leah and Allison Notarangeli. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The Funeral will be held from the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main Street, Malden on Friday, November 13th at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Sacred Hearts Church, 297 Main Street, Malden at 10:00 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours are Thursday, November 12th from 4-9 p.m. Interment Wyoming Cemetery, Melrose.
