Flora (Campbell) McCartney, 106 of Medford, died Sunday after a brief illness in the Park Ave. Nursing And Rehabilitation Center Arlington, MA.
Born in Nova Scotia, she lived in Medford for the past 65 years and was the daughter of the late Duncan and Isablla (Chisholm) Campbell. Flora was a Cafeteria Worker, employed by John Hancock Insurance in Boston for 10 years and retired in 1963.
Beloved wife of the late William J. Devoted mother of George McCartney of Medford, and the late Dorothy Smith, William, Joseph, and John McCartney. Also survived by 11 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Friday at 8 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Raphael Church, 512 High Street, Medford, at 9 AM.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Visiting hours Thursday 4 thru 8.
Services will conclude with burial at Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
