Kimberly Marie Vigna, a lifelong resident of Medford and beloved mother of Brach Vincent Paone, died unexpectedly, at the Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Medford on October 28, 2009. She was 39 years old.
Born in Salem, Massachusetts, Kim was the beloved daughter of Paul M. Vigna of Salem and Maureen J. Alford of Medford. She was a communicant of St. Joseph Church in Medford and loved by her entire family and great many friends.
Besides her loving son Brach V. Paone of Medford and parents, Paul and Maureen, she will be very sorely missed by three sisters; Kelly J. Vigna of North Reading and Erin K. and Colleen M. Hogan, both of Medford, grandfather; Vincent J. Vigna of Peabody, nieces; Casey J. Kearin of N. Grafton, Krista Conway of N. Reading and Mikayla E. Arenella and Haley DiPietrantonio, both of Medford and many aunts, uncles and friends. She was also the granddaughter of the late Fidia (DeSantis), Arthur Alford and Mary (Malloy) Brown.
Her funeral was from the Beals-Geake-Magliozzi Funeral Home, 29 Governors Avenue, Medford, Monday at 9 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated in St. Joseph Church, 118 High Street, Medford at 10 AM. Many relatives and friends respectfully attended. Visiting hours were held on Sunday, from 4 to 8 PM. Interment was in Wildwood Cemetery, Winchester.
