HAVERHILL - Jayne M. (Botelho) Van Dinter, age 54, a resident of the Ward Hill section of Haverhill for the past 27 years, died early Friday morning, October 30, at the Caritas Holy Family Hospital in Methuen, following an apparent heart attack at her home. She was the beloved wife of Richard T. Van Dinter, with whom she had celebrated a 36th wedding anniversary this past December 3rd.
She was born in Cambridge, December 24th, 1954, one of seven children of Eleanor J. (George) Botelho of Wilmington, and the late Joseph Botelho. She was raised in Wilmington, and graduated from Wilmington High School with the class of 1972. She moved to Ward Hill in 1982.
She was employed in the accounting department of MKS Instruments in Andover.
Besides her husband and mother, she is survived by her beloved daughter, Jennifer L. Van Dinter of Haverhill; five sisters, Elizabeth A. Walls and her husband Daniel J. of Salem, NH, Sharon Belida and her husband Robert of North Billerica, Susan Clark and her husband Knox of Manchester, NH, Deborah Kennedy and her husband Steven of Chester, NH, Lisa Lake and her husband Frank of Wilmington; a brother; Joseph Botelho and his wife Geri of Lebanon, ME; many nieces and nephews; and her devoted Siberian Husky, Skye.
Her Funeral Mass was celebrated Wednesday, Nov. 4, in St. Thomas of Villanova Church, Wilmington, followed by her burial at Wildwood Cemetery, Wilmington.
