John W. Fitzpatrick passed away suddenly on October 25, 2009. He was 37 years old.
Born in Boston, John was a longtime resident of Malden. He attended the Beebe Middle School and was a graduate of Malden Catholic High School Class of 1990. He lived in Peabody for the past 5 years and was employed by Elge Plumbing. John loved skiing, camping and playing hockey and was an avid Bruins fan. He also loved music and dancing and spending time with his family and friends.
John was the devoted husband of Maria (Gutierrez) Fitzpatrick. He was the beloved son of Robert and Judith Fitzpatrick of Malden and the cherished father of Christian and Brandon Fitzpatrick of Peabody. John was the loving grandson of Helen Eggleston of Melrose and her late husband Charles, the late John and Helen Manning and the late William and Louise Fitzpatrick. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
The Funeral will be held from the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main Street, Malden on Saturday, October 31st at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Joseph’s Church, 770 Salem Street, Malden at 10:00 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours are Friday, October 30th from 4-8 p.m. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
