NORTH GROSVENORDALE, CT./LEICESTER, Daniel A. O’Neil, 63, previously of Leicester, died Sunday, October 25 at UMASS Memorial Hospital, Belmont St., Worcester.
He leaves his daughter, Maureen Britt and her husband Timothy of Auburn, a brother, James E. O’Neil and his wife Dorothy of Cherry Valley, three sisters; Mary B. O’Neil of North Grosvenordale, CT., Margaret H. Partenheimer and her husband Paul of Leicester, Elizabeth A. Larson and her husband David of Leicester and nieces and nephews.
Born in Worcester, he was the son of Leo A. & Margaret (Mulvey) O’Neil.
Mr. O’Neil was a graduate of St. John’s High School in Shrewsbury. He was a licensed practical nurse and worked as an administrator at Oakwood Rehab and Nursing Center in Webster for 25 years, retiring in 2005.
He enjoyed going to the Cape with his family.
At the families request services are private. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Leicester. Please omit flowers. Contributions may be made to the charity of ones choice.
