Robert V. Wyman, 81, of Derry, NH died Saturday October 17, 2009 in the Derry Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. Mr. Wyman was born in Westfield, MA on October 9, 1928, son of the late Warren and Eva (Robbins) Wyman. He had resided in Derry for the past 18 years, formerly living in Greenfield, MA. Mr. Wyman worked for W.W. Wyman, Inc. in Greenfield. He was later employed for the Perini Corporation where he traveled all over the country building bridges and dams. He enjoyed antiques and woodworking and was a master craftsman with the ability to build anything requested of him with impressive detail.
He is survived by his wife, Pearl E. (Warren) Wyman of Derry, two daughters, Alexandra Wyman and Victoria Payne, both of East Derry, also four grandchildren, one niece and four nephews.
Following cremation, a calling hour was held on Wednesday October 21, 2009 from 2 - 3pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry. A memorial service followed at 3:00pm in the funeral home.
