James Lee Walker, 77, Clarksville, died Friday, Oct. 16, 2009, at Gateway Medical Center. The funeral will be held at 2:00 PM Monday at Neal-Tarpley Chapel with Brother Geoffrey Sikes officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM Sunday and from 12:00 PM until the hour of service Monday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was born June 17, 1932 in Stewart County, son of Irl Walker and Flora Pace Walker. He was a farmer and member of Madison Street Church of Christ. He is survived by his wife Edna Ruth Cobb Walker, one step-son Ronnie Seay(Patricia), one step-daughter Deborah Seay Wilson and five grandchildren and six great grandchildren. A very special friend and caregiver Bud Leavell. Pallbearers will be Bud Leavell, Glen Chester, John Allensworth, Tippy Allensworth, John Allensworth, Jr., Billy Atkins and Ted Haley.
