Obituary

Terrence Wilson 62, died peacefully at his Thomas St. home on Wednesday, October 7, 2009. He was born in Newberry, SC a son of the late Eugene Wilson and Margaret (Harmon) Williams. Terrence was a construction worker and laborer for the Narragansett Improvement Co. for many years, retiring in 2005. He was an Army Veteran. Like his mother before him, he loved to fish. He was an avid gardener and chess player. Terrence had a deep and keen wisdom, a warm sense of humor and an uncanny gentleness about life. He loved to cook and bake for the pleasure of others.

He is survived by his companion GiGi Desaulniers with whom he lived, his children who were the joy of his life, Terrence Wilson, Danny Johnson and Liane Loveday all of Providence, Lonnie Wilson of Washington, DC, Garrett, Justin, Bradley, and Jory Wilson , Jamie Dufresne, Karen Champagne, Brittney Lawson, and Brandy Wilson all of Woonsocket. He held dear his seventeen grandchildren including Devin, Garrett, Savanna, Jalen, Salam and Janessa, and a great grandson. He also leaves his wife Gloria Wilson and two brothers Danny Lee Harmon and Curtis Barr all of Woonsocket. He was also the brother of the late Johnny Midnight Wilson.

Visiting hours will be held Sunday from 5-8 PM with a Service at 7:30 PM in the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 463 South Main St. Woonsocket.
