RUTLAND-Joseph E. Willard, 57, formerly of Worcester, died Thursday, October 8th in his home after an illness. He leaves his mother, Rita M. (Racicot) Willard of Worcester; two sisters, Christine L. Corbisiero and her husband Joseph of Ocean Isle Beach, NC, and Marie I. Case and her husband Randy of Charlton; an aunt, Dorothy Racicot of Worcester; an uncle, Wilfred Robillard of Westminster; a nephew, Stephen of CA; and many cousins. He was predeceased by his father, Joseph G. Willard in 1979 and his sister, Carolyn Willard, in 1960.
He was born in Worcester and attended Therapeutic Work Options at the Seven Hills Foundation. He had been a member of Blessed Sacrament Church, Worcester. The family would like to thank Joseph’s extended family at his residence for their loving care.
The funeral is Tuesday, October 13th from O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue, Worcester, with a Mass at 11:00 A.M. in Blessed Sacrament Church, 555 Pleasant Street, Worcester. Burial will be in St. John’s Cemetery, Worcester. A calling hour is from 9:30 until 10:30 A.M. Tuesday in the funeral home.
