Margaret L. Valencik (NEE McGinley),78 died October 4, 2009 at the Stella Maris Hospice. She was the beloved wife of the late Kenneth R. Valencik and devoted mother of Mary Jo Whelan, Kenneth E. Valencik and his wife Karen; Kery Anne Grosser and her husband Walter, Loving grandmother of Shane, Todd, Tim, April and K.J. and dear sister of Thomas and Owen McGinley and the late Joseph and Martin McGinley.
Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Friday, October 9, from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 P.M. All are invited to attend a Funeral Mass on Saturday, October 10, in The Church of the Immaculate Heart of Mary at 9 A.M. Interment Gardens of Faith Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to Ashland Area Historic Preservation Society, 515 Centre Street, Ashland, PA 17921.
