Nancy Alma Kahihikolo, 73, Clarksville, died Sunday, October 4, 2009, at Gateway Medical Center. The funeral will be held at 7 PM Wednesday at Neal-Tarpley Chapel with Rev. Steve Angus officiating. Burial will be in A private burial ceremony will be held at a later date. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. The remains are to be cremated. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born May 10, 1936 in Akron, Ohio daughter of the late William Forrest Kinney and Eunice Marie Tucker Kinney. She was the business manager and bookkeeper for Dr. Ronald E. Whitford, DVM from August 1993 to August 2009 and was a County Commissioner for District 16 for ten years. She was a member of New Providence United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Moses Kalilikane Kahihikolo and a brother, Rendal Kinney. Survivors include two daughters, Jo Juan K. Huber (Timothy Wagner) and Angel Dawn K. Mangum (Kevin);a sister, Stella Kinney Scott; two grandchildren, Jason William Huber and Anela Marie Mangum; and one great-grandson, Dylan Thomas Huber.
