Warren "Lee" Whitbeck, 70, of Tifton died Tuesday, September 29, 2009, at his residence. Private services and burial will be held in Minneapolis, Minnesota at a later date.
Mr. Whitbeck was born on July 8, 1939 in Minneapolis, Minnesota and was the son of Milford Whitbeck and Dorothy Bourne Whitbeck, both deceased. He was a retired private investigator and a veteran of the United States Air Force.
Mr. Whitbeck is survived by his wife, MaryAnn Whitbeck of Tifton; and one son, Jeffery Whitbeck of Hudson, Wisconsin.
