Louise R. Nardella, 94 of Somerville, died Tuesday in Somerville, MA.
Born in Cambridge, she lived in Somerville for the past 75 years and was the daughter of the late Josephine (Gareti) and Angelo DiRusso.
Louise was a Housekeeper at Harvard University for 10 years and retired in 1974.
Beloved wife of the late Cosmo Nardella. Devoted mother of Josephine DeGuglielmo and her spouse Elisa of Medford, Robert Nardella and his wife Carol of Burlington, Dottye Varrcaro and her husband Phil of Reading, Carol Carbone and her husband William of Burlington, and the late Anna Nardella. Also survived by 10 loving grandchildren and 15 loving great grandchildren. Sister of Johnny DiRusso of Woburn, Danny DiRusso of Cambridge, and Civita Pezzimenti of Florida.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Friday at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Catherine of Genoa Church, 179 Summer St., Somerville, at 10 AM.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Visiting hours Thursday 4 - 8.
Services will conclude with burial at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
