GARDNER: June M. (Farrell) Antinarella, 64, of 116 Church St., died Wednesday, September 23, 2009, at UMass Memorial Medical Center- University Campus, Worcester, as a result of injuries sustained from a fire in her home on September 10th. Her husband of 40 years, Melvin J. Antinarella, Sr., died in 2003, and her daughter Linda Antinarella, died in 1995.
She leaves 2 sons, Melvin J. Antinarella, Jr. and his wife Andrea of Gardner, Anthony J. Antinarella and his wife Ann of Fitchburg; a daughter, Jessie Shaw and her husband John of Salisbury, MA; 11 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. She was born November 7, 1944 in Cambridge, daughter of the late Anna (Burke) Farrell. She and her husband lived in Marlborough and Fitchburg before moving Gardner in 2002.
June was an avid Bingo player. She worked in food service and tended bar in the Fitchburg area for many years.
There are no calling hours. After cremation, burial will be at the convenience of the family in Forest Hill Cemetery, Fitchburg, MA.
