Hazel A. (Colomy) Woodman, 95, of Stow, MA passed away on Wednesday, September 23, 2009 at the Sterling Health Care Nursing Home surrounded by her children and caring staff.
Born in Hudson, MA, she was the daughter of the late Leslie and Rose (Kramer) Colomy and also the wife of the late John G. Woodman who died in 1998. Mrs. Woodman was a housewife.
She is survived by her son, John G. Woodman Jr. and his wife Jane of Marlboro, MA and her daughter, Shirley A. Sefton and her husband James of Bolton, MA. She is also survived by her two sisters, Mabel Secula of Hudson, MA and Pauline Palmer of Concord, NH; her son in law, Ralph B. Nolet of Nashua, NH; 9 Grandchildren and 17 Great Grandchildren. She was predeceased by her daughter, Patricia Mary Nolet; two brothers; one sister and one granddaughter.
Visiting hours will be held on Monday, Sept. 28th from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, 50 Central St. (Rt. 62 exit 26 off Rt. 495) in Hudson. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 29th at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Brookside Cemetery, Rt. 62 in Stow, MA.
