Mrs. Terranova, age 84, of Medford formerly of Boston´s North End, passed away in her home Tuesday following a lengthy illness. Born in Sicily, Italy she was the daughter of the late Giovanni and Rosaria (Navetta) Clemente. She was the beloved wife of the late Giuseppe Terranova. Maria was a loving and dedicated homemaker.
She is survived by her daughter Rosa Matara of Tewksbury, and her sons, Raymond of Wilmington, John of Naples, FL, Ignazio of Andover, Gasper, Frank and Joseph Terranova all of Medford. She is also survived by ten loving grandchildren and one loving great grandchild.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home 306 Main St. Medford, Friday at 10 AM. Followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Joseph Church 118 High St. Medford, at 11 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Thursday 4 thru 8. Services will conclude with burial in Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
