Claire E. White, 80, of Windham, NH, died Thursday Sept. 17th at Windham Terrace in Windham, NH.
Claire was born and educated in Lawrence, MA, graduating from St. Patrick’s High School. She was a resident of Windham for the past 5 years, formerly of Boston and Lawrence, MA.
During her working years, she was a manager for New England Telephone & Telegraph. Claire enjoyed traveling, the symphony, opera, walking, and poetry, especially at the Old North Church in Boston. She was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America.
Claire was the daughter of the late Elphage & Emma (Cashan) White. She was also predeceased by her sister Shirley White.

Nephews: David White & his wife Patricia and their sons Joshua and Michael
Gary White & his wife Robin and their daughter Vanessa
Calling hours will be held Saturday from 9-10 AM at the Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main Street, Salem, NH.
A funeral Mass will follow at 10:30 AM at Mary Queen of Peace Church, Salem, NH. Burial will follow in Pillsbury Cemetery, Londonderry, NH
