Screven-David Chan Juarez, infant son of Jose Chan and Rosario Juarez, passed away September 15, 2009, at his residence. He was born in Fulton County and had lived in Screven all of his life
Survivors in addition to his parents are three sisters, Velisa Chan, Cristina Chan, and Lucia Chan, all of Screven; one brother, Jose Chan of Screven; his paternal grandparents, Ezekiel Chan and Isabel Hernandez of Mexico.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 17, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. at the Odum Baptist Church with Rev. Gabe Gill officiating.
