Joann T. (Watson) Pakuris 64, of East School St, died Sunday at home. She was born in Westerly, a daughter of the late Raymond and Irene (Desjarlais) Watson. Ms. Pakuris was a CNA for the Ladd Center in Providence for thirty years before retiring in 2006. She was a loving and devoted mother and is survived by three sons; Bryan, George, and Neil Pakuris all of Woonsocket, a stepdaughter Corine Pakuris of Springfield, MA, two grandchildren, and two brothers, Eugene Desjarlais and Earl Watson both of Woonsocket. She was also the sister of the late George Watson. Her funeral will be held Friday from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 99 Cumberland St. with a service in the funeral home at 10:00AM. Burial will follow at St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery, Bellingham MA. Visiting hours will be Thursday 6-8 PM.
