PHELPS, JEAN (BACH), 85, of Louisville, died Tuesday, September 8, 2009 at her home.
She was born August 30, 1924 in Jefferson County. She devoted her life to her family and was a member of Chapel Park Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Robert C. "Chet" Phelps Jr.
She is survived by her son, Robert C. Phelps III and his wife, Karen; and daughter, Robin P. Dorsey and her husband, Rob.
Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, is in charge of arrangements.
