DRACUT - Norberto M. Ferreira, 70, of Dracut, died peacefully Sunday September 6, 2009 surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Kathleen (Jones) Ferreira of Dracut.
Norbert was a loving father and enjoyed spending time with his family at his beach home. He enjoyed sports and was a former Lowell High School baseball and basketball player. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons Phillip, Stephen, Michael and Mark; his brother David and his wife Ruth; his sisters Ethel Ryan, Marie MacFadgen, Dolly Jodoin, Elaine Coconis and husband Jim, Theresa Collinge and husband Doug; many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and dear cousins Mary Drummond, Frances Gonsalves and Johnnie Gouveia of California.
At the request of the family there will be no calling hours. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday September 12, 2009 at 11 AM in the Immaculate Conception Church, East Dunstable Rd., Exit 4, Nashua, NH.
