Lillian (Wilson) Viveiros, age 83, of Fall River passed away on September 12th, 2009 at home surrounded by her family.
Born in Pinehurst, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late William H. and Maude (Holt) Wilson. Prior to retiring in 1988, Mrs. Viveiros worked as a clerk for the Arkwright Finishing Company for 23 ½ years. She was a member of the Union Methodist Church in Fall River.
Lillian was the widow of Antone Viveiros and is survived by her three children, William A. Viveiros of Fall River, Robert Viveiros & his wife Lisa, of Swansea, & Carolyn M. Mello of Somerset. Also by her Grandson, Daniel A. Mello, his wife Laurea and their daughter, Danielle. Three siblings, two brothers, Lewis R. Wilson & Bobby J. Wilson and his wife Katherine Wilson of Crestview, Florida and a sister, Kathryn Roberts of Pinehurst, Ga. A brother in law, August Viveiros and his wife Alice of Fall River and a brother in law, Joseph Viveiros also of Fall River. Also a dear friend, Joseph Medeiros of Somerset and several nieces & nephews. She was the sister of the late Woodrow, Melvin, Harold and Emory Wilson.
Her funeral will take place from the MANUEL ROGERS & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 1521 N. Main St. WEDNESDAY at 9:00 A.M. followed by a service in the Union United Methodist Church, Highland Ave. at 10:00 A.M. Interment in St. Patrick Cemetery. Calling hours TUESDAY 4:00-8:30 P.M.
