Mary Ann E. West, 72, of Derry, NH died Thursday September 10, 2009 in the Parkland Medical Center, Derry. Mary Ann was born in Lemars, IA on March 18, 1937, daughter of Thomas A. and Mary (Larsen) Sarringar. She had resided in Derry for many years, formerly living in Nebraska. Mary Ann retired from Hadco Corp. in Derry where she had worked for more than 15 years. Mary Ann was well known for being so helpful to others. She also enjoyed sewing and all types of crafts.
She is survived by her two daughters, Kellie M. Schoon of Omaha, NE, Kathleen A. West of Lincoln, NE, her son, Kevin C. West of Lincoln, NE, three grandchildren, Marissa, Corey and Kelsey, her great-granddaughter, Camryn, three brothers, Don Sarringar of Centerville, OH, Ed Sarringar of Volin, SD, Julian Sarringar of Macksville, KS, her sister, Margaret Jean Dabrowski of Litchfield, NH, also many nieces and nephews.
Following cremation, calling hours were held on Tuesday September 15, 2009 from 6 - 8pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.
