Emma Weber, 74, Clarksville, died Friday, September 11, 2009, at Gateway Medical Center. A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Monday at Neal-Tarpley Chapel with Rev. Ken Harris officiating. Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
