Anne-Marie Cleante Vernet, 90, died at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton on Wednesday, September 9. Daughter of the late Lysius and Lucia Elie Vernet, she was born and educated in Haiti. She was a resident of Sharon for the past 4 years after living in Easton for 7 years. She was a homemaker.
Miss Vernet is survived by her children, Mirlande Vernet of Hyde Park, Yves Vernet of Dorchester and Yvrose Valmond of Sharon. She was the sister of Luma Olivier of Brockton and Lilia Nelson of Haiti. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be held from the Temple Salem, 222 Woodrow Ave., Dorchester on Monday, September 14 at 10 AM. Visiting Hours Sunday 4-7 PM at Temple Salem. Burial will take place at Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton.
